Yoga

Body, mind and spirit – that’s what yoga is all about. Our classes are a wonderful mixture of poses for relaxation, flexibility, strength and balance. Learn to breath -  reduce stress, sleep better and feel more energetic.

Restorative poses, breath work and meditation to release stress.
  Perfect Balance moderate

A vigorous and flowing practice that promotes strength, flexibility, endurance, grace, release and joy
  Power Yoga moderate
Develops strength, flexibility and endurance while calming and soothing the mind by maintaining and holding the poses learned throughout the session
 
       
  Amala
Ancient yoga asanas flow together with key moves for body shaping from current experts in dance and fitness. You'll love the pure workout, relaxation and results! Breath and meditation take you deeper into
confidence and peace as you renew your body.
  Healing Energy Most Gentle
Deep relaxation through an innovative combination of yoga, breath work, guided visualization, mediation and Reiki. Class size is limited. You must register or call in advance. No drop-ins permitted.
 
       
  Let It Go moderate
Unwind from a busy week with a whole body, mind and spirit class.
  Meditation Most Gentle

Back, Neck & Shoulders
Specially designed, safe practice for those with injuries, chronic pain or tension.

  Yoga for Chronic Pain
Injured in a car accident or at work? Looking for a new approach that focuses on what you can do? Gentle stretching and strengthening. Stress and pain re-strengthening strategies. Encouraging life coaching. If included in your treatment plan, your insurance company may cover the costs. Sheila welcomes calls from those with chronic pain and case managers. 672-2122.
 
       
  Pilates
Participants will safely learn the first seven exercises of the traditional Pilates Mat series. Focus is on form, centering and control to increase strength and flexibility. Pre-requisite for Beginner II, Intermediate and Advanced level Pilates.
  The Four Agreements
Within a supportive community, we become the artist of our own life. Through discussions based on readings, journal writing, and meditation, we identify beliefs and practices that do not serve our best interests. Having a support group of individuals who are also practicing these agreements we become empowered to take action in transforming our life.
