"As a busy graduate student, it is often difficult for me to take time out for myself. Doing yoga at The Village has really helped me to manage my stress, by focusing not only on traditional yoga postures, but also on breathing techniques. In the past I suffered from anxiety and depression, and I have tried many different types of medications and therapy as an attempt to reduce my stress. I have also tried many types of yoga at a number of different facilities in London, and only the yoga classes at The Village have reduced my anxiety to the point that I no longer need medication.
